Consumer Markets in Northern Cyprus

There is a wide selection of consumer goods available of good quality in Northern Cyprus. In addition to locally produced goods, almost all foreign brands are available on the market, particularly in Kyrenia and Nicosia. The cost of foodstuffs in Northern Cyprus generally is about half of the price in the UK, with items such as local brandy / vodka, retailing at around £1.20 per bottle. There is also a wide selection of low cost but good quality wines imported from Turkey.
