Television and radio in Northern Cyprus

Bayrak Radio and Television (BRT), Kanal T, Akdeniz TV, Genc TV and Kibris TV (KTV) are the local radio and television stations in Northern Cyprus. BRT television provides English-language programmes, including news bulletins.

International TV channels can be received from Northern Cyprus via satellite through various packages from Digiturk.

Television and radio licences are included in payment for electricity in Northern Cyprus.

There are a number of video, DVD and VCD lending libraries in central Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus.
